Shipping and Handling Policy
Orders will usually be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery can be
expected within 4-10 business day.
Next Day and 2nd Day air
Add an additional $25.00 for next day delivery and an additional $15.00 for
2nd day air.
Victory Sports Supplies ships only in the United States and Canada.
Return Policy
If you decide to return any merchandise please follow these guidelines:
1. Please e-mail us at sales@victorysportssupplies.com for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization ).
2. Describe the problem or the reason for the return.
3. Please give us the order number of the merchandise being returned.
4. Pack items in the original packing and return US Priority or UPS.
5. No returns will be accepted C.O.D. or freight collect.
Note: Victory Sports Supplies will charge a restocking fee
of 15% of the cost of the product on all returns. Exchanges are accepted at
no additional cost except for shipping fees. Victory Sports Supplies will pay all charges on
returns in which VSS made a shipping error, or where an item was defective
or damaged during shipping.
All sales are final after 30 days.
